Read more they obliged, which is really helpful if you don't want someone to move them. Monica explained that it's illegal to move a surveying marker but chances are, if you need a boundary survey at all, this is pretty crucial information. Since the markers had to be offset, I asked the surveyors if they could mark that the boundaries were offset. To my delight, they asked if it was okay to paint the details on my side and I was thrilled that they did! This makes things so much more clear to anyone who might have a question. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them. I actually chose them from Yelp after reading the glowing reviews. Before that, I had cold called a few surveyors and they were less forthcoming. It was a night and day difference talking with GMON than trying to deal with the less helpful companies. I feel like I made the right choice in picking them and would recommend their services.

I had bunch of questions since it's a complicated area and I wanted to make sure we are getting the right info and Monica was kind to explain everything to me.
I never had any communication problems with them. Emails, phone calls, appointments, everything was great.
Now to continue and start construction we have to do topographic map and slope survey and for sure I'll be using their services again.
