Construction Staking

This type of surveying comes with high liability. For the project to be successful we would need all the project plans required and staking requested 24 hours before estimated staking time. We are not allowed to redesign the plans and it will be staked per plan. No exceptions will be made towards the 24 hour policy.

Boundary Survey | Location Map

On average, these surveys are being mixed up. They provided two completely different services. A Boundary Survey will place physical markers in the ground where you would have to make a string line between points to determine your boundary location. A Location Map will show you the area in question in regards to the lot lines with no physical markers set in the ground. These services can be combined.

As-built Survey

In general, this type of survey is very similar to a Topographic | Architectural Survey. The major difference is that in concentrates on specific areas that have been recently built. The map is used to verify if the new structure was built per plan or falls within its requirements.

Certification

Governmental agencies will need certain certifications to be completed before a project is done. It can range from form to roof height certifications. We will research the required information needed from the governmental agency to provide a proper certification.
